This is hearty dish – a childhood favourite that we used the have on Easter Sunday mornings. The flavours are warm, comforting and homely.
Lamb that’s cooked with warm spices, masala powder, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, curry leaves; finished off with coconut cream & fresh coriander.
Best paired with Kerala porottas or rice | Eat with hands for a more authentic experience.
