Description
This is a classic Kerala dish you must try with especially with Kerala porottas – the combo is usually beef roast & porotta but lamb is a South African favourite!
This dish is made with lamb (on the bone) spiced and cooked in coconut oil with sliced red onions, fresh coconut slices & curry leaves. This dish is finished off with freshly crushed black pepper.
Best paired with Kerala porottas or rice | Eating with hand is recommended.
