Made with love, these are SADYA’s house specilitiy. These porottas can be described as a mix between a crossiant & a flat bread. Kerala porottas are tasty – soft & layered on the inside with just enough crisp on the outside.
These are best paired with your choice of side or eat as is . Pair with Kerala beef roast, any other SADYA curry, or have it sweet with a little cinnamon sugar.
