Mango Fish Curry
A spicy Kerala fish curry with coconut cream that will have you licking your fingers.
Swordfish marinated overnight with lemon, spices, fish masala, garam masala, turmeric, ginger garlic paste & salt. Whole spices fried in oil, followed by masalas, mangos, freshly grinded coconut paste & fish. Slow cooked until the oil seperates from on top of the curry.
Paired best with Kerala porottas or rice | Eating with hands is recommended.
