Pineapple Pachadi
A classic (a lavish feast served on fresh banana leaves) dish that we had to put it on the menu! This sweet and spicy combo will have you coming back for more!
Pineapple cooked in with jaggery & added to a green chilli, cumin, ginger spiced fresh coconut yoghurt base. Note when heating not to overheat as the yoghurt base can split.
Best paired with Kerala porottas or rice | Eat with clean hands for a more authentic experience.
