This is hearty dish – a childhood favourite that we used the have on Easter Sunday mornings. The flavours are warm, comforting and homely.
This chicken stew is made with coconut oil with whole spices, curry leaves, carrots, potatoes, peas, coconut cream & freshly crushed black pepper.
Best paired with Kerala porottas or rice | Eating with hands is recommended.
