Sambar (Vegan)
A dish that’s a little spicy and absolutely delish. It’s loaded with vegetable and lentils. This sambar touches my heart as this sambar reminder me of the sambar my mother’s mother made – my ammachi. This dish is specially & dedicated to her.
Mixed vegetables cooked with whole spices & powders, tomatoes, red lentils, and finished off fresh coriander.
Best paired with Kerala porottas or rice | Eat with hands for a more authentic experience.
Tip: add water & salt as needed to make a spicy sambar soup.
